🌸 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Milliona jewelry as much as we loved creating it.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at millionaaccessories@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

-Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

-The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings, sale items, and custom-made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (excluding shipping costs) or issue store credit.

🌙 Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at millionaaccessories@gmail.com.
