All Milliona orders are carefully packed and shipped from our Sydney base or our international warehouse in China, depending on stock availability and destination.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to love your Milliona jewelry as much as we loved creating it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to apply for a return, refund, or replacement.
What We Need From You
Please email millionaaccessories@gmail.com within 7 days with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of the item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of:
- All items received
- The faulty or damaged area
- The packaging
- The shipping label with tracking number
This helps our team assist you as quickly and accurately as possible.
How We Resolve the Issue
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will:
- Provide instructions for returning the item (if required), and
- Re-send the missing item, or
- Issue a refund or store credit if the item is unavailable
For faulty, damaged, or missing items, return shipping is fully covered by Milliona.
Please Note
- We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
- The 7-day return period begins from the date your order is delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Earrings
- Sale items
- Custom-made pieces
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds (excluding original shipping costs) or store credit will be processed.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at millionaaccessories@gmail.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel your order.
Care Instructions
All Milliona jewelry is water-resistant, tarnish-resistant, and made for everyday adventures — from sunlit days to moonlit parties.
To help your jewelry stay glowing for as long as possible, we recommend the following care:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to chemicals, including perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, hair products, and sanitizers
- Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exposure to se water, swimming pools, or hot tubs
- Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear to remove moisture, sweat, or residue
- Store in a dry place or jewelry pouch when not in use
Please note: While suitable for daily wear, but waterproof does not mean ocean-proof. Seawater and strong chemicals can damage all metals over time. Natural freshwater pearls are delicate and may scratch if not handled with care.
